Elite was founded in 2001 by Tor Arne Fallingen and Torgeir Nordahl in Mo I Rana, Norway. Their style is in the black end of metal, with influences from old-school blackmetal bands which has given them their rough sound.

The foundations of Black Lotus were laid when Lindsay A. Kerr started writing songs in 2002. By the summer of 2005 several others became involved to collaborate on the distinct musical vision and Black Lotus, as a band, was born.
By December of that year the band recorded nine songs for what was to become their debut album "Light Subsides", in their hometown of Victoria, British Columbia. Chinese label Dying Empylver Productions released the album in late 2006.

Already before the foundation every member took part in various other groups and could therefore bring in a certain degree of musical skills and experience.
Since then, they tried to unite their varied ideas and influences into one musical genre.

NETHERBIRD sprung into existence during November 2004 in Stockholm, Sweden as Nephente (vocals), Bizmark (guitars, keyboard) and Grim (guitars) found they were sharing a vision on how to write and record metal music without the limitations of a set line up or metal. The clear intent to create music without to much concern of genres or instrumentation has resulted in the band having a rather broad range of obvious influences spanning from black metal to to doom and heavy metal. The roots and deeper influences can always be found in the Scandinavian metal legacy.

DAATH was started by Eyal Levi, Mike Kameron and Sean Farber, who have been playing in bands since they were in high school. The three friends attended school at the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston. Eventually, the guys left school to concentrate full-time on making music as the project which would become DAATH proved far too promising.

The name "Daath" is a Hebrew word meaning "knowledge." Despite it's religious meaning, the name does not imply the religious beliefs of the band.

Lo peor es una de las voces que tienen. Hay canciones que son simplemente un death normalito pero luego tienen otras guapas pero lo joden con la voz tan "gutural pero a lo malo" (lo siento pero no la soporto...) k ponen, y les falta un poco mas de folk, en cualkier caso parece k tienen calidad y de todas formas es su primer album esperemos k mejoren pq pueden aun asi merece la pena oir este disco.

Back in 1992 two Bathory-Freaks named Beliar (git.) und Balor (dr.) came up with the idea to form a band to express their musical vision and Mayhemic Truth was born...
One year later they recorded their the first Demo "Son of dawn" which came out in a limited edition of 100 copies. After the release of the demo Beliar und Balor recruited Lilith on bass and wrote the songs for the second demo simply called "Promotape '94".
When the Promotape was out Mayhemic Truth got the chance to support the "Sons of Northern Darkness" Tour in Germany. Shortly after the tour Lilith left the band and Beliar and Balor did some gigs as a duo.
